Windows下Qt多进程源码编译报错：文件被其他进程占用

编译过程中会随机出现错误：The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.，错误位置不固定，不绑定特定文件。

我已尝试以下方案：

• 替换-debug-and-release为仅-release
• 用set CL=/MP && nmake替代jom
• 添加-mp参数后调用nmake
• 更换Qt版本（如Qt 5.15.2）
• 恢复Windows 10 Pro 21H2 19044.1826虚拟机至早期快照

以上方案均无效，仅单进程编译（直接调用nmake，不加CL=/MP或-mp参数）可成功，但只能利用单个核心，效率极低。我查到已关闭的QTBUG-66059，但无法解决问题，恳请提供可行的解决办法！
