不行，Firestore不支持通过单次API调用同时获取文档及其子集合（无论是子集合列表还是子集合内的全部数据）。原因在于Firestore的文档和子集合属于分层独立的存储资源：文档的路径是/集合ID/文档ID，而子集合的路径是/集合ID/文档ID/子集合ID，二者是完全分离的资源端点，API调用只能针对单一资源路径发起。
