1. 映射MSBuild属性到WiX预处理器变量 #

WiX预处理器无法直接读取MSBuild属性，必须在wixproj中把Permit属性显式映射为带var.前缀的WiX预处理器变量。修改wixproj的<PropertyGroup>：

  <Permit>false</Permit>
