Module中Public字典运行报错，移至Form后类无法访问的问题咨询

一、运行时TypeInitializationException异常原因 #

你遇到的异常看似由Module中的字典声明引发，核心问题是VB Module的加载时机特性：
VB的Module属于静态类型，程序启动后，只要有任何代码首次访问Module内的成员（哪怕只是引用变量），就会立刻触发Module的类型初始化流程。如果你的程序中存在其他逻辑（比如某类的静态构造函数、全局服务初始化代码）在myForm实例化之前就访问了Globals模块里的字典，此时配置系统还未完成初始化，就会触发system.diagnostics配置段无法识别的内部异常。
而将字典移到Form中后，变量属于实例级成员，只有当Form被实例化时才会被赋值，此时配置系统已经完成初始化，因此异常不再出现。

二、其他类无法访问Form中字典的解决办法 #

把字典移到Form中后其他类无法访问，是因为你声明的是Form的实例成员，而非共享（Shared）成员。解决方式有两种：

1. 将字典声明为共享成员：
   修改Form中的变量声明为Public Shared，这样其他类无需持有Form实例，直接通过myForm.buttonImagesEnabled即可访问：

   Public Class myForm
       Public Shared buttonImagesEnabled As Dictionary(Of Integer, Image)
       Public Shared buttonImagesDisabled As Dictionary(Of Integer, Image)

三、更规范的全局变量实现建议 #

避免Module过早加载带来的初始化问题，推荐用显式的静态构造函数控制字典初始化时机，同时修正配置文件的system.diagnostics格式：

1. 修正Module的初始化逻辑：

       Public buttonImagesEnabled As Dictionary(Of Integer, Image)
