WooCommerce 结账/购物车页面持久化自定义方案

直接上可复用代码，将以下内容复制到当前激活主题的functions.php文件末尾即可，所有修改均通过WooCommerce自带钩子实现，不会被插件更新覆盖：

1. 给商品单价添加（exclu. tax）标识

2. 让商品小计显示含税金额
