DASH多标签仪表盘回调问题求助：按钮与输入控件异常

问题1：复选框关联按钮启用/禁用异常 #

错误原因 #

代码中两个分支都将disabled设为False，无论复选框是否勾选，按钮都会保持启用状态。另外需注意，Dash的Checklist组件返回的value是选中项的列表，而非单个字符串，直接用==判断会失效。

3. 函数未明确返回两个值，可能导致输出不完整。
