错误原因分析 #

1. Category.find()和Channel.find()返回的是文档数组，而非Mongoose的Query对象，数组本身不存在deleteMany()方法，这是调用报错的核心原因。
2. 查询关联Channel时，categories._id写法错误——categories是数组，没有单个_id属性，需要提取所有分类的ID组成数组来匹配。
