Source Tree启动后立即崩溃求助（Bitbucket账号变更引发）

• 此前用SourceTree关联了一个Bitbucket账号，之后用未绑定该账号的邮箱收到邀请，创建了新的Bitbucket账号
• 在Bitbucket删除旧账号下所有内容后，SourceTree立即冻结崩溃，此后每次启动都会出现相同问题
• 已尝试卸载重装、移除旧更新/升级新版本，均无效，程序仍读取旧账号/配置导致崩溃

Windows系统 #

1. 完全关闭SourceTree（包括后台进程，可通过任务管理器结束所有SourceTree.exe进程）
2. 打开文件资源管理器，输入路径%LOCALAPPDATA%\Atlassian\SourceTree并回车，删除该目录下所有文件和文件夹
3. 检查%APPDATA%\Atlassian\SourceTree目录，如有内容也一并删除
4. 重新启动SourceTree，按提示配置新的Bitbucket账号

Mac系统 #

1. 完全退出SourceTree（右键Dock图标选择「退出」，确保后台无进程）
2. 打开访达，按下Command+Shift+G，输入路径~/Library/Application Support/SourceTree并回车，删除该目录下所有内容
3. 找到并删除~/Library/Caches/com.atlassian.SourceTree和~/Library/Preferences/com.atlassian.SourceTree.plist文件
4. 重新启动SourceTree，配置新账号

补充操作 #

• 清理配置前可手动记录本地仓库路径，重新配置后再手动添加
• 若问题仍存在，清理系统中旧Bitbucket账号的凭据：
  • Windows：打开「控制面板」→「凭据管理器」→「Windows凭据」，删除Bitbucket相关条目
  • Mac：打开「钥匙串访问」，搜索「Bitbucket」，删除相关密码条目
