Django项目中获取复选框选中值并导出指定Excel数据的问题

一、解决复选框值获取为空的问题 #

核心问题是表单提交方式错误：使用<a>标签跳转不会携带表单中的复选框参数，必须用表单提交按钮触发请求，才能将选中的复选框数据传递到后端。

修改前端代码（index.html） #

将原来的<a>提交按钮替换为<button type="submit">，同时给表单指定提交目标，确保参数能正确传递：
