问题场景 #

开发社交应用个人资料Fragment时，用CardView承载用户信息、RecyclerView展示帖子。尝试用ScrollView包裹两者实现整体滚动，结果仅RecyclerView可滚动、CardView固定；改用NestedScrollView后整体滚动正常，但滚动到末尾时overScrollMode无法正常工作。

修复方案 #

• 替换容器为NestedScrollView：这是实现整体滚动的核心，NestedScrollView支持与内部滚动控件（如RecyclerView）的协同滚动逻辑。
• 禁用RecyclerView嵌套滚动：给RecyclerView添加android:nestedScrollingEnabled="false"属性，让滚动事件完全交由NestedScrollView处理，避免滚动冲突，同时修复overScrollMode失效问题。
• 调整RecyclerView高度：将RecyclerView的android:layout_height设为match_parent，配合NestedScrollView特性，让它自适应内容高度并保证滚动连贯性。
• 配置NestedScrollView的overScrollMode：给NestedScrollView设置android:overScrollMode="always"（可选值：ifContentScrolls/never），确保滚动到边界时的弹性效果正常生效。
