MacOS下PyInstaller单文件打包PyQt5 QWebEngineView报错：Couldn't mmap icu data file

我开发了一个基于PyQt5 QWebEngineView的独立应用，使用PyInstaller打包后，仅在MacOS系统下以--onefile模式打包的程序运行时出现错误：Couldn't mmap icu data file，Windows系统打包运行无此问题。此前找到一篇中文解决方案帖子但无法理解，特此寻求帮助。
