iOS16下SwiftUI条件式ToolbarItemGroup bottomBar显示切换失效问题

• iOS 15.5 环境下，通过控制ToolbarItemGroup内部内容的显示条件，可实现底部栏的完全显示/隐藏切换
• iOS 16 环境下原有逻辑失效：
  • 若默认showBottomBar = true，底部栏初始正常显示，但切换状态时仅隐藏内容，底部栏的容器框架不会消失
  • 即使使用iOS 16新增的「将条件判断放在ToolbarItemGroup外部」的特性，仍无法实现底部栏的完全切换
