IIS指定URL和端口的Rewrite规则不生效问题排查

我正在为特定网站和端口配置IIS Rewrite规则（基于ASP.NET MVC项目），访问http://127.0.0.1时预期跳转到Google，但规则未生效，详情如下：

问题原因与解决方案 #

核心问题是IIS Rewrite的<match url>仅匹配请求路径部分，不包含协议、域名和端口，你初始配置把完整URL写在match url中，自然无法匹配。

正确配置需拆分匹配逻辑：用{HTTP_HOST}匹配域名和端口，match url匹配根路径：

            <match url="^\/?$" /> <!-- 匹配根路径（空或带/的情况） -->
            <conditions>

另外，FRT日志显示状态码302，说明规则曾触发重定向，若仍有异常可检查浏览器缓存或其他规则干扰。
