WCF TCP自托管在控制台正常，Windows服务中无法监听端口

环境：Windows 11、VS2019、VB.NET

• WCF服务在控制台应用中可正常监听指定端口，客户端能正常连接
• 部署为Windows服务后无法监听端口，已用netstat -aon验证
• 已排除防火墙问题（关闭防火墙测试过），另一台电脑安装后结果相同

1. 修复绑定配置引用问题 #
