目前Chrome官方并没有单独整理出一份完整的Manifest V3 Promise支持API列表，但可以通过以下方式处理相关问题：

快速判断API是否支持Promise
直接查看对应API的官方文档说明，或者调用方法后打印返回值——如果返回Promise对象，就支持链式调用；否则只能用回调写法。

解决chrome.contextMenus.removeAll的报错问题
这个API目前不支持Promise，必须使用回调写法，同时要记得处理可能的错误：
