方法一：通过客户组控制（适合批量用户） #

如果你的特定用户属于同一组，用这种最省事：

1. 创建专属客户组
   • 后台进入客户 > 客户组，新增一个组（比如叫「页面1专属访问组」）。
   • 到客户 > 所有客户，把需要授权的用户批量或单个调整到这个组里。
2. 给页面加权限控制
   • 编辑目标CMS页面（内容页面#1），切换到「设计」标签，在「布局更新XML」里添加这段代码：

   • 在你的自定义模块里，先在etc/events.xml添加监听事件：
