方法1：自定义父布局拦截触摸事件并传递给RecyclerView #

当滑动外部视图区域时，让父容器判断滑动方向，若RecyclerView还有滚动空间，则将触摸事件传递给它。

• 自定义一个继承自常用布局（如ConstraintLayout）的容器：
