本地WordPress环境中无法安装WooCommerce主题该如何解决？

本地搭建WordPress新站点，尝试安装WooCommerce主题时遇到以下错误：

The package could not be installed. 
The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.

谷歌上的常规解决方案都不适用，后来排查发现问题根源：误将WooCommerce插件的压缩包当成主题安装，两者的压缩包名称可能完全一致（例如woocommerce.6.7.0.zip）。

这虽是低级错误，但很容易困扰刚接触WordPress的新手，特此分享这个排查经验。
