Azure CLI的upload-batch命令在@azure/storage-blob SDK中是否有对应API？

• 上述代码的行为和az storage blob upload-batch一致，会递归处理子文件夹并保持目录结构。
• 对于大文件，可以替换为uploadStream方法来优化内存占用；如果需要提升上传速度，可以添加并发控制（注意不要超过Azure存储的请求限制）。
