AWS WAFv2 WebACL配置报错：STATEMENT字段单值限制问题问询

错误原因拆解 #

2. Action配置逻辑混乱：你想实现黑名单拦截，但代码里写的是Action = new CfnWebACL.RuleActionProperty { Allow = new CfnWebACL.RuleActionProperty { Allow = false} }，这完全不符合WAFv2的动作格式，而且逻辑矛盾。
3. StatementOneProperty的使用方式错误：导致CDK无法正确解析语句结构，最终生成空的Statement字段。

• Statement部分：把IpSetReferenceStatement改成new CfnWebACL.IPSetReferenceStatementProperty { Arn = ipSets.AttrArn }，用对象包裹ARN，符合WAFv2的API要求。
• Action部分：如果是黑名单规则，直接使用Block动作，不需要嵌套多余的属性（BlockActionProperty可以直接实例化，不需要额外参数）。
• 这样修改后，CDK合成的CloudFormation模板里的Statement字段就会正确填充IPSet的引用，避免了"单个值字段设置多个值"的报错。
