问题场景 #

使用Saxon 11.3处理用户输入的XML，核心需求：

• 判断<url>节点是否为空（覆盖节点不存在、节点文本为空、文本仅含空白字符的场景）
• 为空时，给<a>标签的href设固定值https://example.com；不为空则用<url>节点的值作为href
• 无论<url>状态如何，必须输出<h3>、<h4>、<h5>元素

现有代码存在两个问题：

• <url>为空时，<h3>、<h4>、<h5>元素缺失
• <url>有值时，无任何可显示的HTML元素输出

错误原因分析 #

1. URL有值时无内容输出：第二个<xsl:if>中使用了自闭合的<a/>标签，没有包裹<h3>、<h4>、<h5>元素，因此仅输出空的<a>标签，无可视化内容。
2. URL为空时标题元素缺失：若代码中误将标题元素写在条件分支外，或<xsl:if>的判断逻辑不严谨（比如未处理<url>节点不存在的场景），会导致标题元素无法被输出。
