使用New-AzCloudService部署Azure云服务(扩展支持)遇已存在资源报错

已通过Visual Studio成功部署Azure Cloud Services (extended support)，但执行如下PowerShell命令部署时：

New-AzCloudService

收到错误提示：

A Cloud Service resource with name: <service_name> already exists in Resource Group: 
<resource_group_name>. Please try another name.

查看New-AzCloudService文档显示其功能为“Create or update a cloud service”，请问哪里操作有误？

原因与解决方案 #

虽然文档标注New-AzCloudService支持“创建或更新”，但它的更新能力有明确局限性：

• 仅能对未完成部署的云服务资源（比如创建过程中失败的实例）进行补全创建操作
• 仅支持对已存在的云服务做非核心属性更新（比如修改标签、添加扩展等），无法直接替换cscfg、csdef、cspkg这些核心部署包来更新已正常运行的云服务

如果你的需求是更新已存在的云服务（替换部署包或配置），应该使用Update-AzCloudService命令，示例如下：

Update-AzCloudService 
-Name $ServiceName 
-ResourceGroupName $ResourceGroupName 
-ConfigurationFile $CscfgFilePath 
-DefinitionFile $CsdefFilePath 
-PackageFile $CspkgFilePath
