正则匹配规则

匹配模式：#(\S+)

• #：匹配目标前缀符号
• (\S+)：捕获#后所有非空白字符（对应示例中的token内容）

替换规则

将匹配到的内容替换为：mask($1)，其中$1代表捕获到的token内容。

如果你的token内容可能包含空格（示例中未出现），可以调整正则为#([^\s.,]+)，精准匹配到下一个标点或空格前的内容，避免误替换。
