升级bucket4j-spring-boot-starter至0.12.3后应用启动失败的问题求助

大家好，最近我在给项目做依赖版本迭代，把bucket4j-spring-boot-starter从0.12.2版本升级到0.12.3之后，应用直接启动失败了，弹出的错误信息如下：

我查了官方文档，知道这是bucket4j-spring的内部变更引发的问题，于是按照提示添加了对应缓存的依赖包，也确认了配置项的正确性，但应用还是启动失败。

而且我升级前后的bucket4j核心配置完全没变化，具体配置内容如下：

bucket4j.enabled: true
bucket4j.filterConfigCachingEnabled: false
bucket4j.filterConfigCacheName: filterConfigCache

有没有朋友遇到过类似的问题？或者能给我一些具体的排查方向吗？
