如何在Shiny中使用dplyr select处理输入选择并用于绘图

关键修改点 #

• dplyr::select() 部分：输入的变量名是字符串格式，需要用all_of()包裹，让dplyr正确识别这些列名。
• ggplot aes() 部分：ggplot的aes采用非标准评估，直接传字符串会被当作普通文本，用.data[[变量名]]可以动态引用数据框中的对应列。

额外说明 #

1. 显式加载dplyr和ggplot2包，避免依赖自动加载的潜在问题。
2. 原代码仅定义了ggplot的映射规则，未添加几何图层（如散点、折线等），这里补上geom_point()确保能显示可视化内容。
3. 除了.data[[ ]]，也可以用!!sym(input$变量名)的写法实现动态引用，比如aes(x = !!sym(input$explanatory_var), y = !!sym(input$response_var))，两种方式效果一致，.data写法对新手更友好。
