Ubuntu 22.04下Python3无法识别Tkinter，GUI模块功能异常求助

1. PyAutoGUI功能异常 #

运行以下代码后，切换到文本编辑器无自动输入：

import pyautogui
from time import sleep

尝试PyAutoGUI弹窗示例代码：

AssertionError: Tkinter is required for pymsgbox

2. Matplotlib无法显示图形 #

运行绘图代码：

import matplotlib, matplotlib.pyplot as plt
from time import sleep
plt.plot([1, 2, 3, 4])

plt.show()

系统提示：

Matplotlib is currently using agg, which is a non-GUI backend, so cannot show the figure

手动指定matplotlib.use('TkAgg')后，报错：

但Ubuntu显示python3-tk已是最新版本。
