Jenkins流水线中PowerShell Start-Process重定向输出无内容问题

本地运行PowerShell脚本时，使用Start-Process结合-RedirectStandardOutput "$PSScriptRoot\Script.output.txt"可以正常将输出写入文件，但在Jenkins流水线的Windows节点执行时，目标输出文件仅被创建却无内容，甚至怀疑被调用的update_gdpr_module_dt_tables.ps1脚本未执行。
