如果你的菜单只需要显示唯一的类型名称，不需要关联对应数据，直接用pluck()+unique()+values()即可：

执行后$uniqueItemTypes会是纯类型集合，示例结构：

2. 确认item_type字段确实存在于$listings的每条记录中，可通过dd($listings->first())检查字段是否正确。
