解决Azure Pipeline中重复安装dotnet-ef报错的问题
问题原因
首次运行流水线时,dotnet tool install --global dotnet-ef会成功安装EF工具,但后续运行时,因为工具已存在,该命令会抛出“Tool dotnet-ef already installed”错误导致流水线失败。
解决方案
将安装EF工具的命令从install改为update,update命令会自动适配两种场景:
- 若工具未安装,则自动完成安装
- 若工具已安装,则更新到最新版本(不会触发已安装的错误)
修改后的完整YAML任务如下:

- 调整任务名称为“Install/Update EF Tool”,更准确反映当前执行的操作
