嘿，这个坑我之前踩过！你遇到的问题核心原因很明确：在cellForRowAt方法执行时，cell的布局还没完成，此时cell.frame.size.height拿到的并不是你在heightForRowAt里设置的85，而是cell的默认高度（通常是44），所以计算出来的圆角值不对，导致显示异常；而硬编码85/2刚好凑对了正确的圆角大小，所以显示正常，但这显然不是灵活的解决方案。

下面给你两种靠谱的解决思路：

方案一：让Cell自己负责布局（推荐） #

把ImageView的圆角配置放到自定义Cell的layoutSubviews方法里，这个方法会在cell完成布局、frame确定后调用，能拿到准确的尺寸：

class MainTableViewCell: UITableViewCell {
    override func layoutSubviews() {
        super.layoutSubviews()
        // 这里用bounds而不是frame，更安全，因为bounds是cell自身坐标系的尺寸
        imageView?.layer.cornerRadius = bounds.height / 2

• 后续如果修改cell高度，不用再调整圆角代码，自动适配

方案二：在Cell即将显示时配置 #

如果你更习惯在ViewController里处理，可以用tableView(_:willDisplay:forRowAt:)方法，这个方法是在cell即将被展示到屏幕上时触发，此时cell的frame已经是最终的正确尺寸：

另外补充一点：如果你用Auto Layout约束来设置ImageView的大小，也可以在Cell的didLayoutSubviews方法里做同样的配置，效果和layoutSubviews一致。
