问题根源
每次调用updateTextView函数时,都会创建一个全新的Runnable实例。点击停止按钮时,你尝试移除的是本次调用生成的新Runnable,而非启动任务时post到Handler中的那个Runnable对象——两者不是同一个实例,因此无法终止正在循环的更新任务。
