pip突然无法查找/安装任何包且无法检测自身版本求助

pip无法查找或安装任何包，甚至无法识别自身版本。多次重装最新版Python 3及pip，清除pip缓存后问题依旧。

错误信息 #

执行pip install redblacktree时的错误：

>pip install redblacktree
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement redblacktree (from versions: none)

执行pip config list的输出：

1. 修正PyPI源协议 #

当前配置使用的是http协议的PyPI源，而PyPI现已强制HTTPS访问，HTTP连接会被拦截。修改为HTTPS源：

pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.org/simple

2. 排查网络与镜像源 #

• 直接访问https://pypi.org/simple/redblacktree，确认网络能正常连接PyPI，排除防火墙或代理拦截。
• 若无法访问，切换到国内镜像源：

  pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
  

3. 关联正确的Python版本 #

重装后可能存在多版本Python，pip绑定错误版本，改用Python内置方式调用pip：

python -m pip install redblacktree
# 针对Python3可使用
python3 -m pip install redblacktree

4. 重置pip用户配置 #

当前*.user='yes'配置可能引发权限或路径问题，重置相关配置：
