如何通过Boto3按名称或ID获取AWS Athena指定查询的执行详情？

目前Boto3确实没有提供直接通过查询名称/ID获取对应执行记录的API，不过可以通过以下几种方式实现查询与执行记录的清晰关联：

1. 给查询执行记录添加自定义标签 #

提交查询时，在获取到QueryExecutionId后，立刻调用add_tags()给该执行记录打上包含查询名称/自定义ID的标签，后续就能通过标签筛选关联的执行记录。
