问题原因 #

ASP.NET MVC默认模型绑定依赖服务器的区域文化设置，如果服务器文化不兼容输入的小数分隔符（比如用英文文化却输入逗号分隔的数值），绑定器会直接忽略分隔符，将1,1或1.1解析为11。

方案1：配置应用的区域文化 #

在应用启动时设置支持目标小数分隔符的文化，确保模型绑定能正确识别输入格式：

适用于ASP.NET MVC（.NET Framework）
