因为你已经将CheckBox.IsChecked和ListBoxItem.IsSelected做了双向绑定，所以直接设置对应ListBoxItem的IsSelected属性为$true，就能自动同步勾选CheckBox。具体实现步骤如下：

1. 在添加数据源到窗体资源后，调用UpdateLayout()强制刷新界面布局，确保ListBox完成数据加载并生成所有Item容器。
2. 遍历ListBox的项，匹配需要预勾选的目标内容，找到对应的ListBoxItem并设置IsSelected属性。

修改后的PowerShell脚本示例（假设需要预勾选testdata.txt中包含"项1"和"项3"的内容）：
