Python脚本调用nuke.tcl()返回值时触发RuntimeError而非字符串

你遇到的问题是因为传递给nuke.tcl()的Tcl命令格式错误：
当前代码里传入的[filename [topnode]]带了外层方括号，Tcl解释器会先执行filename [topnode]得到文件路径，接着会把这个路径字符串当作新的Tcl命令去执行——但路径显然不是合法的Tcl命令，因此触发了RuntimeError。

只需去掉外层的方括号，直接传入要执行的Tcl命令即可：

frames = nuke.tcl('filename [topnode]')
print(frames)

这样调用时，nuke.tcl()会直接执行filename [topnode]这个命令，返回目标节点的文件名字符串，不会额外把返回结果当作命令执行，也就不会报错了。
