问题原因 #

• ISCC.exe所在目录未加入系统PATH环境变量：PowerShell执行无路径的可执行文件时，只会在PATH变量包含的目录中查找。如果Inno Setup的安装目录（如默认的C:\Program Files (x86)\Inno Setup 6）没被添加到PATH，PowerShell就找不到ISCC.exe。
• 未指定完整文件路径执行：若未配置PATH，直接输入ISCC.exe会失败，必须使用完整路径调用，例如"C:\Program Files (x86)\Inno Setup 6\ISCC.exe" --help。
• Inno Setup未正确安装：如果安装过程出现异常，ISCC.exe可能未被正确部署到目标目录，导致文件本身不存在。
