初始尝试与局限 #

给定纯字符串/None组成的列表：

mylist = [None, None, None, None, None, None, None, '#N/A', '#N/A', '#N/A', '#N/A', None, None, None, '#N/A', None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None]

尝试用列表推导式替换#N/A：

# 必须加item and，否则会触发NoneType无replace属性的报错
[item and item.replace("#N/A", "None") for item in mylist]

输出结果：

[None, None, None, None, None, None, None, 'None', 'None', 'None', 'None', None, None, None, 'None', None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None]

但这个方法有两个明显问题：

1. 只是把#N/A换成了字符串'None'，不是真正的None类型
2. 当列表包含整数、浮点数等非字符串类型时直接报错

实际报错场景 #

当列表混合多种类型时：

mylist = ['xxx', None, 'x', 'x', None, 'Pv', 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1, '00000001', '#N/A', 'na', 'na', 'na', 'na', 'na', 'na', 'Suc', 171.1, 'na', 'na', 
6, None, 'H(1970)']
[item and item.replace("#N/A", "None") for item in mylist]

触发报错：

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 4, in <module>
  File "<stdin>", line 4, in <listcomp>
AttributeError: 'int' object has no attribute 'replace'

另外，直接用replace把#N/A替换成None也会报错，因为replace的第二个参数必须是字符串：

[item and item.replace("#N/A", None) for item in mylist]

报错信息：

TypeError: replace() argument 2 must be str, not None

优雅解决方案 #

方法1：直接条件判断（最简洁）

跳过类型判断，直接匹配目标值替换为真正的None，兼容所有数据类型：

[None if item == '#N/A' else item for item in mylist]

方法2：批量处理多种缺失标记

如果需要同时替换#N/A、'na'等多种缺失值，用集合存储目标值：

missing_tags = {'#N/A', 'na'}
[None if item in missing_tags else item for item in mylist]

方法3：函数封装（适合复杂规则）

如果有更复杂的替换逻辑，比如只处理字符串类型的标记，封装函数提升可读性：

def process_missing(item):
    if isinstance(item, str) and item in {'#N/A', 'na'}:
        return None
    return item

[process_missing(item) for item in mylist]

验证结果 #

用方法2处理混合类型列表，输出会将所有#N/A和'na'替换为None，其他类型元素保持原样：
