Nest.js + TypeORM PostgreSQL 数据表无法生成问题排查方案

1. 修复`synchronize`布尔值解析问题

你的配置中configService.get<boolean>('SYNC')存在隐患：环境变量里的SYNC=true是字符串类型，ConfigService默认不会自动将字符串转换为布尔值，直接用get<boolean>会导致synchronize实际未生效。

修改useFactory中的同步配置：

synchronize: configService.get('SYNC') === 'true',

2. 确认`TagModule`正确注册实体

确保TagModule内导入TypeOrmModule.forFeature([Tag])，模块级的实体注册能保证TypeORM完整识别实体：
