仅本地设备出现net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET问题的排查求助

错误现象 #

使用jQuery Ajax发送POST请求到http://www.example.com/casino/update时，控制台立即返回：

POST http://www.example.com/casino/update net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

浏览器Network标签无预览和响应内容；同时在photos.google.com下载照片时出现ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE错误，且仅POST请求异常，GET请求正常。

环境与已做排查 #

• 问题仅出现在Windows 11设备，同网络下Windows 10设备无异常，本地localhost调试正常
• 已尝试关闭杀毒软件、VPN、浏览器扩展，问题仍未解决

排查建议 #

• 重置网络基础配置：打开管理员命令提示符，执行netsh winsock reset，再通过「设置→网络和Internet→高级网络设置→网络重置」重置适配器，重启设备后测试
• 检查防火墙规则：查看Windows Defender防火墙高级设置，确认是否存在拦截POST请求的规则，可临时关闭防火墙验证
• 降低请求数据量：本次请求Content-Length约460KB，尝试只提交部分字段，测试是否是大请求体触发的系统限制
• 更新/回退网卡驱动：打开设备管理器→网络适配器，更新网卡驱动至最新版本；若更新后出现问题，尝试回退到稳定版本
• 重置浏览器配置：使用浏览器隐身模式测试，或重置浏览器默认设置，排除浏览器缓存、插件残留问题
• 修复系统文件：管理员命令提示符执行sfc /scannow，修复可能损坏的系统文件；同时确保Windows 11安装了最新累积更新
