使用PowerShell提取指定环境目录下Connections子文件夹的.yaml文件

问题背景 #

需将QA、RESEARCH、PROD、DEV这4个环境文件夹下Connections子文件夹中的.yaml文件，复制到新目录的对应环境文件夹根目录，要求文件直接放置，不保留Connections嵌套层级。现有脚本未正确筛选目标文件，导致文件仍嵌套在子文件夹中。

核心逻辑：精准定位每个环境下的Connections文件夹，仅提取.yaml文件，直接复制到目标目录的对应环境文件夹根目录，跳过中间层级。
