  执行dir（Windows）命令查看当前目录C:\Users\yateesh\Downloads\grpchat下的文件，确认是否存在package.json。如果文件在子目录中，用cd 子目录名切换到对应路径后再执行npm start。

  • 如果目录里确实没有package.json，若你是手动搭建的React项目，先执行npm init -y生成基础配置文件，再手动添加start脚本（例如在package.json的scripts中加入"start": "react-scripts start"），之后执行npm install react-scripts --save安装依赖。
