修复方案 #

1. 移除SelectedItem绑定冲突 #

Android端的上下文菜单触发逻辑与ListView的选中状态绑定存在兼容性问题，尤其是当SelectedItem="{Binding .}"未指定明确ViewModel上下文时，会导致MenuItem点击事件被拦截。

修改ListView代码，移除该绑定：

2. 统一Xamarin.Forms版本 #

确保Android项目与iOS项目使用完全一致的Xamarin.Forms稳定版本（建议5.0及以上），旧版本存在Android TextCell上下文菜单事件丢失的已知Bug。

3. 替换为ViewCell（兼容方案） #

若上述方法无效，可将TextCell替换为自定义ViewCell，Android对ViewCell的上下文菜单支持更稳定：
