EWS Managed API无法获取Windows Outlook添加的Exchange资源参会者问题

核心原因 #

Windows Outlook添加Exchange会议室资源时，默认会将其标记为资源类型参与者，而非普通参会者；而EWS Managed API默认只返回Attendees集合（普通参会者），不会自动包含Resources集合里的资源账号，这就是你看不到Windows Outlook添加的会议室的原因。

解决步骤 #

1. 修改EWS查询，显式加载资源属性
   在绑定会议项时，必须指定加载AppointmentSchema.Resources属性，才能获取到Windows Outlook添加的会议室资源。示例代码：

2. 验证会议属性差异
   可以用EWS Editor工具打开不同方式创建的会议项，对比Resources字段的内容：

• OWA/Mac Outlook创建的会议，可能会把资源直接混入Attendees
• Windows Outlook创建的会议，资源会单独存放在Resources集合中

3. 检查权限配置
   确保你的EWS服务账号拥有读取资源邮箱的权限，部分企业环境中资源邮箱的权限会限制外部账号读取，需要给服务账号添加资源邮箱的ReadItems权限。
