Android应用滑动清除通知后，后续Heads-up通知不再弹窗的问题求助

问题场景 #

我的安卓应用会追踪用户位置，匹配列表中的目标位置后，弹出Heads-up通知（屏幕顶部的悬浮弹窗）。用户点击通知会通过PendingIntent启动DisplayActivity，这个流程可以重复触发。

当前遇到的问题：

• 用户点击通知打开页面后，后续通知仍能正常弹窗；但只要手动向上滑动清除一次通知，之后所有通知都不再自动弹窗，只会进入通知抽屉，需要手动查看。该问题在API28到API33的模拟器上均能复现。
• 尝试在创建新通知前调用notificationManager.cancel(717)清除旧通知，点击通知的逻辑正常，但滑动清除一次后，后续通知会直接自动跳转至DisplayActivity，无需用户点击。

问题根源分析 #

1. setOngoing(true)的影响：设置为持续通知后，用户手动清除该通知时，系统会判定用户不想接收这类提醒，自动降低对应通知渠道的重要性，导致后续通知无法触发Heads-up弹窗。
2. 固定通知ID的问题：始终使用ID=717发送通知，会复用同一个通知的状态，用户清除后该ID的通知状态被标记为“已忽略”，后续复用该ID的通知无法正常弹窗。
3. setFullScreenIntent的滥用：第二个参数设为true时，系统会在通知显示时直接启动对应的Intent，当通知状态异常时就会出现自动跳转的问题。
4. 重复创建通知渠道：每次调用makeNotification都创建渠道，虽然系统会忽略重复创建，但可能导致渠道配置被意外覆盖，影响通知行为。

解决方案 #

1. 移除setOngoing(true) #

持续通知不适合这种需要重复触发的场景，移除后用户清除通知不会影响渠道优先级：

2. 使用唯一通知ID #

用递增的notificationNumber作为通知ID，避免复用同一ID的状态：

3. 调整setFullScreenIntent的使用 #

如果不需要全屏强制启动页面，将第二个参数改为false，避免自动跳转：
