需求是编写查询仅返回精确匹配fruits数组为以下内容的文档：

尝试过普通的nested查询，但会同时返回两个文档，无法实现精确匹配。因脚本操作性能开销大，希望避免使用脚本，求可行的查询方案。

要实现无脚本的精确匹配，需要从两个维度限制：

1. 确保所有fruits嵌套对象都符合目标条件（排除包含其他不符合条件的嵌套对象的文档）
2. 限制fruits数组的长度为1（排除包含多个嵌套对象的文档）

步骤1：添加数组长度字段（可选，若已有则跳过） #

由于Elasticsearch默认不存储数组长度，且无脚本无法直接查询数组长度，需给索引添加一个存储fruits数组长度的字段：
