PowerShell脚本修改：让重复邮箱均添加location_id后缀

从CSV文件读取数据，其中name列内容如下：

需求为生成邮箱时，所有重复的邮箱前缀对应的行（包括第一次出现的）都要添加location_id后缀，例如重复的bcharlow需生成bcharlow1@abc.com、bcharlow2@abc.com，而非原脚本产出的bcharlow@abc.com、bcharlow2@abc.com。

3. 优化导出参数：添加-NoTypeInformation参数，避免Export-Csv生成不必要的类型注释行
