SwiftUI List背景色无法完全变为深灰，部分区域呈纯黑求助

1. 调整List样式与行背景设置 #

SwiftUI的List默认带有系统样式，会导致部分区域无法被自定义背景覆盖。优先修改List样式并使用专门的行背景设置API：
