如何在Quarto添加交叉引用后运行Lua过滤器？

Quarto默认的Lua过滤器会在交叉引用处理前执行，要让过滤器在图题前缀（如Figure 1:）添加后运行，只需调整过滤器的执行阶段：

1. 指定过滤器运行阶段 #

方式一：命令行指定 #

渲染文档时，通过--post-refs参数让过滤器在交叉引用处理完成后运行：

quarto render your-document.qmd --lua-filter=your-filter.lua --post-refs

方式二：在_quarto.yml中配置 #

在项目配置文件里给过滤器指定phase: post-refs，每次渲染都会自动应用：
