如何消除RStudio启动后控制台出现的numericVector子类未定义警告

• 清理RStudio缓存
  关闭RStudio，找到对应系统的缓存目录并删除指定文件夹：

  • Windows：%LOCALAPPDATA%\RStudio-Desktop
  • macOS：~/Library/Application Support/RStudio
  • Linux：~/.rstudio-desktop
    删除目录内的cached_data和cached_dictionaries文件夹后，重新启动RStudio。

• 检查并重装相关包
  这个警告多由类定义缓存异常引发，先检查boot包状态：

  packageStatus()$inst[packageStatus()$inst$Package == "boot", ]
  

  若包存在损坏或版本问题，执行重装命令：

  install.packages("boot", dependencies = TRUE)
  

• 重置R类缓存
  在控制台依次执行以下命令，强制刷新类定义缓存：

  .rs.restartR()
  rm(list = ls(all.names = TRUE))
  gc()
  

  重启R会话时选择"Don't Restore"，不加载之前的工作空间。

• 禁用自动加载工作空间
  打开RStudio设置：Tools -> Global Options -> General
  取消勾选"Restore .RData into workspace at startup"，并将"Save workspace to .RData on exit"设置为"Never"，避免每次启动加载含异常类定义的工作空间。
